B: 4th Sunday in Ordinary Time (28 Jan 2024)

It is not only the physical environment and body that should be cleansed but the human spirit as well. Spiritual uncleanliness torments not only the people around but the very person himself/herself. It removes his/her energy, draining the soul from performing any act of goodness. Yet once dispelled, one can easily generate joy, peace, and love to everyone. – Rex, CM
