Forgiveness is not a one-time action to be made. It should rather be embraced as a spiritual way of life toward perfection. One forgives when one lovingly four-gives the interconnected components of “responsibility, remorse, restoration, and renewal” (cf. Cornish-Wade, “A Therapeutic Model of Self-Forgiveness,” 2015). - Rex, CM
