“Dismissal” is a word that attracts those who are bored, exhausted, and occupied in life. But individuals who have endured lengthy periods of underappreciation, misrepresentation, and oppression, it is always a painful concept and experience. Therefore, before dismissing anyone, it is always a good idea to evaluate the psycho-emotional state and disposition of those who will be directly impacted by your rejection of them.
