We are called civilized when we respect and uphold the historical patrimony of a country, the rules of a land, the culture of a people, and the rights of everyone. These actions mark that an individual is an active member of a particular society. If civility entails being involved in the social concerns of the community, why question then citizens who voice their sincere criticisms of leaders in the interests of fostering greater transparency, national growth, and good governance?
